What if there was a gypsy curse on your local park so so it was impossible to get away with leaving your dog's mess behind?
Part tongue-in cheek and part serious we hope that this gets habitual offenders to rethink their routine.
Pictures and letters will be sent to the Metro and local newspapers to 'warn' the public.
